Promiscuous Youth

John B. Marine | April 16, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
Being young and promiscuous is a nightmare for parents. Promiscuous youth engage in violence, sex, drinking, smoking, and the like before age 18. They may even be rebellious towards their family and school faculty. In fact, some of these youth may have dropped out of school or simply stop going to school. The fear in these promiscuous youth is that they will suffer some kind of potentially permanent setback that ruins their lives for the rest of their lives. That is why certain people are reluctant to try to get such promiscuous youth under control as much as possible to prevent having an unhappy future. This blog post is a discussion about dealing with promiscuous youth.

Promiscuous Youth: a General Digest.

Mostly in the 1990s, daytime talk shows such as "Maury" and "The Jenny Jones Show" have featured out-of-control teens (and even out-of-control children). When such individuals don't get their way from parents or other family members, they resort to violence. Such promiscuous youth even are proud of being the school bully or even proud of abusing peers at school. Some promiscuous youth even think they know everything and need not go to school any longer. Especially promiscuous girls dress up in sexy and revealing clothing just to show they are grown adults. Some promiscuous types even somehow get their hands on tobacco and alcoholic drinks. They even open themselves towards sex and wild parties. Many promiscuous youth swear they love their parents. However, they (for lack of a better term) show their "love" by abusing their parents and family members physically, mentally, and verbally.

As you can imagine, parents of such promiscuous children and teens are usually worried sick. Some need help to try to tame such wild children. A fear of such parents is that a promiscuous youth will either catch some life-altering disease or end up being killed. In the case of a promiscuous girl, things like pregnancy scares and such will worry most parents.

Because adolescents and children can be abusive, that's why I labeled this blog post about promiscuous youth and not necessarily promiscuous teenagers. Now that you know a little about what I am trying to make mention to, it is my objective to try to help people with their situation(s) regarding this topic. So let's talk about trying to turn around troubled youth, both as parents and for the promiscuous youth themselves.

Video Insight.

To demonstrate the idea of out-of-control youth, I featured this video below. This gives you an idea of what some promiscuous youth can be like. WARNING: This material may not be suitable for all audiences:

^ I get straight A's...So I can do whatever I want! | The Maury Show

So this video gives you an idea of promiscuous youth.

How Do You Turn Around Promiscuous Youth?

On daytime talk shows, there were people who would take away their out-of-control children to scare them straight by taking them to jail. These would be moments in which the promiscuous children get a glimpse of where they are heading towards if they don't turn their lives around. Some parents may even try taking away certain liberties or habits from such out-of-control children. Or, and if you're old-fashioned like myself, there is one other true option- spanking. The only problem is that today's culture thinks spanking your children is child abuse. However, for old-fashioned types, it is sometimes the most effective method to turn around people despite it being such a questionable act.

Here is a resource for you parents dealing with this situation: Out of Control Teenager Tips and Advice

How to Turn Around Yourself, If You Are a Promiscuous Youth?

So what if you are reading this and you admit to being grown as a promiscuous child or teen? You basically don't care what your parents or any other authority figures think about you. The fact is that you will one day get hit with reality and realize you still have a lot of your life ahead of you. You live only once, and almost every decision you make will impact your life forever. You can tell me "YOLO" (you only live once) all you want and think you are invincible and impervious to almost anything; however, what happens when (not if) you get into a situation you can't squirm your way out of?

You are basically putting extra pressure on yourself by engaging in these questionable acts. Most promiscuous types later in their lives would probably enroll in some Adult High School program to get their GED. What some may have already accomplished much earlier in life is what certain former promiscuous youth may soon accomplish. Promiscuous teens need not worry early on in life about wanting to be a mother. Parenthood is a lifelong responsibility, so do not get involved in this if you are not reluctant to devote your life towards raising a child.

Final Thoughts.

It can be tough to try to turn around troubled youth. It becomes mind-boggling how one's own children can overpower his/her/their parents with violence. Do not give up in trying to teach youth right from wrong. I don't advocate or encourage this, but if you have to in trying to turn around troubled youth and want to take an extreme measure (and this is going to a VERY unpopular opinion of mine)- don't be afraid to spank your children. Just don't take the spanking punishment to child abuse levels.

As for the promiscuous youth themselves, the one thing you must realize is that the decisions you make in your young life could impact you for the rest of your life. So if you make a decision that is potentially dangerous, it will impact you for the rest of your life. Certain other decisions may even affect your health or even kill you. Make sure you know full well what you are getting into.

That's all from me. I might add some extra resources to help people who may be in this situation based on this blog post and its subject matter.

This was a tough topic, but I did what I could to bring light to promiscuous youth. How about a little discussion?

How do you (as a parent or family member) help a promiscuous youth? How do you (as a promiscuous youth) turn around your violent and suggestive ways?

Autism

John B. Marine | April 02, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
(UPDATED: April 8, 2019)

Autism is a medical condition that can adversely impact one's mental and social skills. Various influences in conjunction with autism can affect learning and actions. I will try to bring autism to light with this blog post. PLEASE do not take this post as a definitive resource on autism, because I do not know enough about autism to professionally discuss it. So this is more instead a digest on autism.

LATEST UPDATE(S)/REVISION(S):

APR 9 2019 - added an extra resource

Austism

I don't know everything about autism. Do not look at this post as a definitive look at autism. Let's still talk about autism here on "John's Life Space."

Autism Awareness
^ from: physioguru.com - "Always Unique Totally Intelligent Sometimes Mysterious."

Autism, also known as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) involves a number of personal traits that result in problems communicating with others, repetitive behaviors, and more. It involves things such as elaborately explaining things in fancy ways while also having photographic memory of things. Pictures I've seen shown autism meaning "Always Unique Totally Intelligent Sometimes Mysterious." Males are more likely to have autism than females. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), 1 in every 59 children are diagnosed with autism. Much like most cancers or certain diseases, if autism detected early in children, then things can properly be arranged to help treat autism or autistic symptoms. There is no cure for autism at present.

To my knowledge, I have no memory of being formally diagnosed with autism. I do admit there have been times where I have elaborately described things to others. I sometimes explain things in elaborate and creative ways. I sometimes showcase things in elaborate and creative ways. But again, to my knowledge, I have never formally been diagnosed with autism.

Autism is usually detected and acknowledged among children more than adults.

For More Information...

I am not adept in autism. When it comes to resources to help you understand autism better, I have provided the following links to this blog post. Take a look at these resources to learn more about autism:

(ADDED: April 8, 2019)
To help support autism research and such, try this link:

I may provide more resources of interest if I can find some more helpful resources on autism.

I hope you liked this post. Maybe I did enough to convince you in regards to making awareness to autism. Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

Rape

John B. Marine | March 09, 2019 | | | | Be the first to comment!

WARNING:
The following topic may not be suitable for all audiences. Due to the subject matter of this topic, viewer discretion is advised. Parents of younger children will need to restrict or limit younger viewers from viewing this material. Otherwise, you are reading this material at your own risk.

Rape is sexual contact against the will of others. It is a despicable crime involving unnecessary and unsolicited sexual contact by sex offenders. The trauma and fear after getting raped could be damaging for a long time to come. If you are or become a rape victim, your life could be changed forever. This blog post concerns dealing with rape.

About the Label: "Crimes"

Acts punishable by law fall under the "Crimes" label. These are posts regarding certain crimes that can change peoples' lives forever. These involve a handful of actions ranging from simple cases such as theft, or more extreme cases such as hate crimes or terrorism. Because these actions by other people can adversely affect peoples' lives, they are featured as topics on "John's Life Space."

Rape

Rape involves unsolicited, unwanted sexual abuse towards others. It is a type of violence which involves sexually abusing others against their will. The methods of rape usually include sexual contact or sexual intercourse to unsuspecting individuals. What could happen after getting raped could scar someone for life. Namely, a rape victim could contract a sexually-transmitted disease (STD), become pregnant, or anything of that nature. So anyone who has been raped will need to act quickly to regain some sort of normalcy as quickly as possible.

One time in person, a friend of mine in college was raped. She was shy telling me of her pain. She didn't tell me out loud or anything because she was so panic-stricken. According to RAINN (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network), an American is sexually assaulted every 92 seconds; and of every nine minutes, a child is raped. Once you get raped, it becomes difficult to try to live your life normally. Needless to say, rape hits people pretty hard and in many different ways.

Who is At Risk of Rape?

Nearly anyone can be a rape victim. These incidents can happen in various heterosexual and homosexual romantic settings. Rape can happen among family members and immediate family members. Sexual abuse among family members and relatives is what is called incest. Rape in its own right is a despicable crime; even more disgusting is child rape, where children becomes victims of rape thanks to sex offenders. Rape can even happen among married couples. This is what is referred to as marital rape. While intimacy among married couples is good, it is unacceptable to sexually abuse one's significant other without the consent of that significant other. When there are multiple individuals who commit rape towards someone, this is gang rape, and it is worse than being raped by just one individual. It takes two or more individuals to gang rape someone. If you drink alcohol, there is a possibility someone may buy a drink for someone... but then put in date rape drugs in the drink to make someone feel weak, making it easier for a would-be sex offender to commit sexual assault to that person. So as you can see, rape can happen to anyone in any setting.

What to Do if Raped?

You certainly need to be mindful of feeling strange or anything if you have been raped. If you have been raped, immediately contact police and file a report. You may also want to meet with your doctor to see if you may have contracted a sexually-transmitted disease (STD). Also, you may want to take a pregnancy test in the possibility that you could have become pregnant by the rapist(s).

In the United States, rape is handled differently among different states. An organization called RAINN has defined a number of situations to determine what is and isn't considered proper cases of rape. You will need to act quickly and aggressively to handle your situation in such a time of crisis. Because of the enormity of the aftermath of being raped, few are actually courageous enough to report cases of rape. In fact, between 20% to 25% of actual rape cases are reported to police.

Allow me now to offer some final thoughts.

Rape: Final Thoughts

Rape is a despicable crime involving unwanted and unsolicited sexual violence among others against their will. It is a damaging act that can scar people for the rest of their lives. Effects such as contracting an STD or possibly females becoming pregnant can result from the actions of being raped. If you become a rape victim, act quickly to seek justice as well as make sure you are in good health. Do not be afraid to speak up after being raped. Do not be among the many whose rape reports are not reported to police. ACT QUICKLY. NOW.

Resources.

If you want assistance in regards to rape, here is a resources for you to use:

RAINN (Rape, Abuse, and Incest National Network)

If I find other resources, I will add them to my list of available resources to you. Alternatively, you can contact me if you have any relevant resources that can be of good use to all of my readers based on any of my topics in this topic or any other.

I hope bringing awareness to rape will help to limit this as much as possible. Any blog post of mine on any topic will not guarantee curbing of the issue, but at least knowing and understanding certain issues will help bring the issue to light along with ways to handle certain situations. Care to discuss? Let's do so:

Have you or anyone you know been raped? How would you handle being raped, or how did you handle being raped (if you are a rape victim)?

I am here to bring certain life issues to light and offer advice where need be. That's what I do on "John's Life Space." Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

Tomboys and Tomgirls

John B. Marine | February 19, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
While individuals may be male or female, they may exhibit personalities and traits of their gender opposite of their birth gender. These are traits consistent of social norms and gender roles. Enter tomboys and tomgirls. Such individuals have strong qualities of their opposite gender. Some females may exhibit traits of males and enjoy things most males do. Likewise, some males may exhibit traits of females and enjoy things females do. Even if you identify as male or female, you may have certain qualities you feel are unique to you that usually seem exclusive to one specific gender. So allow me to discuss the concept of tomboys and tomgirls with this "John's Life Space" post.

Tomboys and Tomgirls

Social norms and gender roles suggest certain qualities of individuals. Regardless of sexual preference, males and females can exhibit certain qualities opposite of their birth gender. The more common term of the two expressed in this blog post is tomboy. What is being suggested is that a male or female only exhibits qualities their gender is most associated with. So for instance, males in society are often to be seen as dominant and incredibly phyisically able. Society, though, will frown upon a male who has a feminine persona or is not as hard-working and able as most other males.

Let me take some time to discuss this topic further.

Tomboys.

Rosie the Riveter tomboy
^ from: (Amazon) - Rosie the Riveter can be the perfect example of a tomboy, since she represents blue collar work, which not many average females would take part in.

Tomboys suggest these are females not entirely into cute, girly things. This is actually a misconception. There are plenty of females who love dressing up femininely, shopping, wanting to flirt with males, wear the hottest of-the-moment fashions, enhance their looks with various makeup products, adore things that are cute and pretty, enjoy smiling and being super-sweet, and more. However, those females who consider themselves tomboys may be the ones who have a tough masculine side to them. Among other things- playing intense sports, being tough, and almost anything associated with most males in society. A popular example of what would be considered a tomboy concept would be Rosie the Riveter. Rosie the Riveter exhibited boyish character in getting women to join the blue collar workforce. A tomboy does not have to a lesbian or bisexual. It just means a female just is not into what most females are commonly into. There are even females who choose to look and dress in masculine style clothing rather than wear exclusively feminine fashion items while still identifying as female.

Tomgirls.

A Facebook friend of mine got me to think about the concept of a "tomgirl." If a tomboy is a female who exhibits masculine qualities, then a tomgirl is a male who exhibits female qualities. So a lot of things most females enjoy are what tomgirls love. A male who identifies as a male and has tomgirl traits may be more in tune with dressing up femininely or even being into things females usually are into. So a tomgirl may want to look good wearing feminine clothing or even applying makeup. He may even enjoy wearing clothing showing his body, legs, or feet in feminine ways. If one could, a tomgirl could wish he were prom queen or even make the female cheerleading squad at his school or college. Much like tomboys do not have to be homosexual or bisexual, the same applies to tomgirls. Because of social norms and gender roles, people would often frown upon a male who is girly in nature. A tomgirl is not seen as a real man to society.

Is it Okay to Associate Yourself as Either a Tomboy or Tomgirl?

Some people do associate themselves as tomboys or tomgirls. Heck, some people even admit calling themselves a "pain in the butt" to others. So it is perfectly fine to think of yourself as a tomboy/tomgirl and even act in such ways. You can be male or female yet exhibit certain qualities unique to the other gender. It is all of what makes you unique as a person. Be a male who enjoys cute things and even wear the cutest clothes! Be a female who wears the cutest clothes but not be afraid of hard work or playing intense sports. Enjoy being yourself and having traits that make you YOU!

Here is kind of an article that expresses a lot of the points mentioned in this blog post:

ASMR

John B. Marine | February 08, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, or #ASMR, is one of the most popular phenomena often seen especially on media such as YouTube or Twitch. It involves soothing sounds in a meditative manner. Certain things one doesn't expect to provide a calming atmosphere is used to provide one of the most unreal experiences to mind, body, and soul. Regardless of how you feel about ASMR in general, this blog post is a look at ASMR. Why should you care about it? Should you care about it? I offer my own thoughts in this blog post on "John's Life Space."

Before I Begin...

I am no professional on this matter, nor do I entirely am experienced with or follow this phenomenon much. So do not expect this post to be fully educational.

ASMR

Allow me to bring to light ASMR with this blog post.

ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is meant to relax people through the means of sounds. Almost like how some people find therapeutic value in hearing rain and thunder at night. It is seen as meditative and relaxing. Rather than have music or such going, ASMR mostly involves quietness and just letting simple sounds fill the air. ASMR can be an effective technique based on how it is executed. And by the look of things, one does not need any kind of formal training or fancy degree to specialize in ASMR or be qualified in providing ASMR.

Explaining the Phenomenon.

ASMR is described as offering a sensation that impacts your mind first and then going down your body in a trickle-down effect. You feel the impact of certain simple sounds being used to offer this meditative and relaxing experience. This style was exhibited on a mainstream scale recently with a Super Bowl commercial. During Super Bowl LIII, there was a Michelob Ultra commercial which featured ASMR to impact the mind and senses. A local here in Houston was interviewed on a local morning news show on FOX 26 here in Houston who also specialized in ASMR.

From my own experience, there are two individuals whom often dabble with ASMR- one on YouTube, and another on Twitch. I often think of the beautiful Tingting on YouTube, and I also think of Amouranth on Twitch.

ASMR Examples.

I will feature three different videos here. Because I know of only two individuals who specialize in ASMR, I figured I'd feature both of them in this one section from the previous section. So allow me to introduce to you TingTing and Amouranth as they provide ASMR for you. The two videos for Tingting and Amouranth will mostly be random.

But first, let me share the advertisement during Super Bowl LIII. Take a look:

^ The Pure Experience | Michelob ULTRA Pure Gold Super Bowl 2019

Up now is an example of an ASMR session from the beautiful Tingting. Subscribe to her channel if you enjoy her work:

^ [ASMR] Curing your Headache before Sleep

This is Amouranth from Twitch. Amouranth usually live streams ASMR on Twitch. You may subscribe to Amouranth on YouTube and follow her on Twitch if you enjoy her work. Here is an example of her ASMR work on YouTube for you to enjoy:

^ ASMR Triggers ? Tapping, Scratching, Brushing, & MORE

And finally, a local news team here in Houston tried their hand at ASMR. The result? See for yourself:

^ Houston's Morning Show tries ASMR (FOX 26 Houston)

Now you have an idea of what ASMR is about through these examples.

Can ASMR Be Helpful?

The benefits of ASMR are understandable. I personally am not into this kind of thing, but MANY people worldwide are drawn to the appeal of ASMR. There is a certain art and science of the use of certain sounds to provide theraputic and relaxing values.

ASMR: Final Thoughts

I am someone who does not take part in various Internet trends or social phenomena. One of those, being ASMR. For those who are into ASMR, though, I am not one to tell people how to live or what decisions to make. I will say that at least ASMR is something positive and something useful. I am just not as crazy about or as involved with ASMR as most social media types are.

Other Resources/Reading.

The best resource I can provide regarding ASMR is the one below. Feel free to learn more about ASMR from a much more qualified source than I. Also find some of the latest video material on ASMR from YouTube and Twitch:

Autonomous sensory meridian response (Wikipedia)
ASMR YouTube search (find YouTube material on ASMR)
ASMR Twitch search (find Twitch material on ASMR)

Maybe with some added interest, I could find some more resources for you all to enjoy if I decide to post edits and updates to this blog post. I try to be as educated as much as possible to provide professional posts. However, I am sure there are things I have screwed up, so I am hopeful my more educated audience can assist me so that I provide the best possible material with little or no backlash.

This blog post has now concluded. Care to discuss? Here is my discussion to you:

What do you think about ASMR? Can it benefit people; and if so, in what ways?

This topic was a bit unique apart from my usual discussion of life issues. I just wanted to take a special look at ASMR just to bring it to light. I hope you appreciate my efforts. Meanwhile, thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

Music Your Life Can Relate To

John B. Marine | January 21, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
Music sometimes is something you can relate to. From love to breakups to motivation, music can define our lives and put everyday emotions into song. Music isn't just music to people- they can provide life snapshots. Especially those who provide amazing and real music can define even the best and worst life moments into song. So can you relate to life with music? Absolutely!

This is a different kind of post in the realm of life issues and relating to life. I hope you enjoy it!

Music Your Life Can Relate To

If you listen to a lot of music, you know there are all kinds of songs about all kinds of things. Or at least, those that have lyrics to them. Any song that can offer any kind of connection to your life is a song you can certainly appreciate. Same applies to music that provides a snapshot of the world we live in at present. Sometimes if offered, music can provide advice to help people deal with any number of issues. Nasty as it sounds, even raunchy songs of things like aggressive sex or intense drug and alcohol usage are things in music we can relate to.

My Personal Music Connection.

There is one song I've loved and believed in its meaning. Here it is:

^ Stevie Wonder I Just Called To Say I Love You

This is "I Just Called to Say I Love You" by Stevie Wonder. I must say that I believe in this song for two reasons. One reason is because I don't believe in having any specific occasion or reason to express love or respect. Like, I don't believe in Mother's Day, Father's Day, or Valentine's Day. Why one day out of the year to share love for someone? The other reason why I love this song is because I sometimes often simply say hello to people on social media whom I haven't talked to in a while or anything. Most people assume I say hello because I have some awful secret to share or something. I really wish people stop thinking I'm trying to un-friend them because I say something like, "I am pleased to be your friend!"

Either way, this is a song I strongly relate to and is a reflection of one part of my personality.

Can You Relate to Music?

A lot of people have wrote songs based on actual experiences in their lives. Some others demonstrate extreme cases and wild stores. A lot of music can consist of moments you can actually relate to. Such songs can be great because you actually feel connected to music instead of just listening to something that sounds good. Some other songs just sound a certain way that offer a certain tone that can you can relate to in life.

What to Take Away From This Post.

Something you can learn is that it is very okay to be drawn to music and the messages provided in songs. That is why a lot of songs from the 1990s and such are so revered and loved. Most people will argue that music today mostly is... just music. Just going for money. No character or personality to the music. And usually, the ones who do sing from the heart and write songs from the heart aren't as received as lot or mainstream music types. So keep listening to and enjoying music!

I hope you found this blog post interesting. Here is a discussion question for you in case you want to make this post active and lively:

What song(s) can you relate to? How do those songs relate to moments in your life or someone else's?

I hope you enjoyed this blog post along with my others. Subscribe/Follow if you love my work and if you haven't done so. Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

You Are Loved

John B. Marine | January 18, 2019 | | | | Be the first to comment!
I recently celebrated my birthday on January 15 of this year, and this gave me some time to reflect. While I am pleased to celebrate another year of existence, I am more pleased gaining so many birthday wishes from others across social media. A time like a birthday, an anniversary, or even death in family and/or friends can make you wonder if people really do care about you. A fallacy of social media is that you seem to not like people as much if they don't immediately respond to you in the event of anything mentioned here. Fact is, not everyone uses social media religiously. So if you fall into this situation, think otherwise.

Through Facebook, I received over 70 posts to my timeline on my birthday. I usually have averaged 50-70 posts when it was my birthday. I even got a handful of birthday wishes through Twitter and Instagram. People didn't have to wish me a happy birthday or care that I have a birthday, but they offered their birthday wishes to me out of the goodness of others' hearts. They realize something like a birthday is a joyous and happy occasion. It means you have lasted long enough and have enjoyed being able to live and make yourself worthy to others. I was so pleased people worldwide took time out of their day to wish me a happy birthday. They were not required to, but they did.

Then there was a time when I discussed being away from online in 2017 when I was hospitalized for surgery for an infection. I was pleasantly surprised at the outpouring of support from others. Even people who didn't normally see my posts or comment on Facebook were offering their support. I have meant something to people so much that my presence is significant. If I passed away, it would feel like a huge void and huge hole would be in our world in replacing me.

Usually, I am told not to share some of my best and worst time since the only person who cares about these things is myself. However, there is a reason why I post things about my life. The big reason is to release my problems instead of bottle them in. Also, I am hoping my issues and advice can help others who may be in a similar situation.

What to Take Away From This Post.

If you have made a difference in others' lives and if you have meant some sort of importance in others' lives, you will gain the love and respect from other people. People love you even if you don't love yourself. You may need to find new people to befriend you if you feel the ones you are with don't trust or love you enough. Also, you don't ask for people to get into your life, but you appreciate that the ones who are in your life offer you their love and support. People who are sincere and honest will be the ones who offer their loving adoration and support even if they don't know you personally. It is always nice to know people care about you and worry about you.

I create stories like these and provide insight like this to help people feel better about themselves and others. I feel if we do not like ourselves much or feel loved by others, we don't love ourselves much. This leads to lower self-esteem, self-destruction, and at the worst- suicide (or at least suicidal thoughts). So we need to remind ourselves and recognize there are good people in this world and that there are people who do care about us. Even those who care even one iota about you are people you can appreciate and admire. We need things in our lives to remind us that people do care and that life can be enjoyable. Having people who care is one way to prove that point.

Most of all... I am posting this to say that you don't ask for people to offer you their kindness. However, in light of certain situations, it is always nice to know people care, even if remotely. So be thankful for the ones who stick with you and love you. People come and go, but love never dies or fails.

Long story short...

You are loved, and people DO care.

I offer depressing thoughts followed by offering positive, powerful words to help you feel better. That is what I do with posts like these. So I hope you get to Follow my blog(s) if you enjoy my work. Thank you for reading! Take care and be well.

Couples Counseling With Therapists Online

online couples counseling therapy
^ from: dr-jim.com - Therapy for couples can be had online and can be as effective as being with a proper therapist in a physical office.

To get the needed relationship help from a professional, you will need to travel to meet with that professional. There may be a chance you will not be able to pay for the expenses and such to go to a physical office to get needed help. So the next best thing in today's technologically-advanced world is to engage in online counseling. Why not? You probably use cyberspace to dabble in Internet memes or look up ridiculous videos of ridiculous behavior. If you have legitimate problems and really can use the assistance of a therapist, why not use cyberspace for something useful for a change?

In the case of couples who are having issues, it is just as beneficial to meet with a therapist through online sessions as it is to have various sessions with a real therapist in his/her office. It is great to know you can still get the same help and advice from a therapist even if you literally miles away or are unable to get the needed assistance from a physical therapist in a physical office. Even couples who need therapy can know online therapy can be just as helpful as regular therapy from a therapist in his/her office.

Making the Case for Online Couples Therapy.

As much as we use technology and electronics for all sorts of tasks, we can also use some of the same technology for more practical matters. Not being able to access a therapist nearby in a physical office means you can still get quality help from a therapist online. Just because you can not meet with a therapist in a physical location and in person doesn't mean you will not be able to get quality help from that therapist. You can also use online therapy to have sessions with a therapist without needing to go into that office. The convenience can be worthwhile and comfortable. You are also paying a considerable amount to get professional assistance regardless. And in the case of couples, you won't need to leave behind the comforts of home to get the assistance from a therapist that you need.

Final thoughts in regards to couples counseling online are coming up, so go to the next section.

Couples Counseling With Therapists Online

If you are in a relationship and need counseling, you can work with a therapist online in a few online sessions to get the therapy you need. Just because you can't get help from a therapist in a physical location doesn't mean you still can get the needed help and therapy from a therapist online. Sessions with a therapist online is just as effective as sessions with a therapist in his/her office. You are better off getting help with your relationship rather than try to patch up issues yourself. At least, it wouldn't hurt to consult a therapist online to aid you in repairing a damaged relationship.

I am going to be fairly honest here. As much as people today like using electronics and technology for Internet memes or all kinds of videos, why not the same technology to help trying to better our lives or even gain needed therapy for our issues? Why not use cyberspace for more practical matters? Set up something with a therapist online to help you with any sort of matters- let alone couples counseling. You are still getting the same quality help that a therapist can provide. The only difference is that you are not in that therapist's office getting the needed help. What do you have to lose in trying to repair a relationship by working with a therapist online? Use every available resource to you to get the help you need- even including online therapy!

Resources.

If your relationships is damaged or close to damaged beyond repair, and if you want to keep the relationship going; you can help yourself greatly by meeting with a therapist for couples counseling. Even online therapy can be just as effective as getting help. To help you get started, here is a resource I've provided for you in helping you with getting couples counseling therapy online from a therapist online:

Premarital Counseling and Therapy

John B. Marine | January 16, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
(UPDATED: January 21, 2019)

Before getting married, you may want some counseling. Yes- it is great for you to marry someone you truly love. However, are you prepared for all the costs and issues in getting married and in staying together? For most couples, they don't care about these things. Most couples just want to be together and be intimate with each other and grow old with each other. Just like anything, though, you have to weigh various factors to be together and stay together. I will try to shed light on the issue of premarital counseling with this blog post. Maybe this will help you or somebody else who may be involved in this matter.

Premarital Counseling and Therapy

premarital counseling or pre-marital counseling
^ from: (YouTube) - Marriage involves more than just saying, "I Do." Premarital counseling can help ensure you are fully ready for marriage and life as a married couple.

Before tying the knot (or whatever expression means "getting married" to you), it is best you get some premarital counseling. Marriage, like parenthood, is a life-long process that shouldn't be taken lightly or should be lightly regarded. You may potentially be with your future significant other for the rest of your life. So you do not want to take something like marriage less serious than what it really is and what it really means.

Getting married means more than romantic involvement. You have to weigh in factors regarding other family members, financing being together, and things of that nature. Having a healthy love for one another is always a good thing. However, to avoid a messy marital future, you will need to plan ahead for all of the factors that may test your marital bond. Think of premarital counseling as like having a party planner for a party. In this analogy, having a party planner ensures you can put together the dream party that you want to throw by handling the visual details and the financial details. Premarital counseling helps ensure you will be properly prepared for marriage.

Additionally, premarital counseling can be helpful if you are engaged but having certain issues with your fiancé/fiancée. There is a possibility you may want to call off the marriage if you suspect your fiancé/fiancée is cheating or if your relationship may potentially be damaged beyond repair. You certainly can do no wrong if you meet with a therapist for premarital counseling and if you still want to marry your engaged partner.

There are plenty of reasons to consider premarital counseling. Marriage is too complex and deep to be taken so lightly and disregard all possible aspects of marriage. It helps to have a professional help prepare you for marriage rather than think you know everything and end up not having as happy a marriage as you can have.

Do You NEED Premarital Counseling?

Well... it wouldn't hurt. Getting premarital counseling is more like getting a briefing before engaging in some mission. Do you go into a battle or a war by not getting the specifics of any given situation? If you do not get a general idea of what you are getting yourself into, you are bound to fail, unless you somehow know everything beforehand. Make sure you are prepared for life as a married individual. In that case, you would be best served to have premarital counseling. At least give it a chance so you can make all or most of the primary concerns a bit easier to manage. Better safe than sorry.

Premarital Counseling Therapy.

Having premarital counseling will help you to make smart decisions and be better prepared for marriage. A healthy marriage involves more than just having a loving bond with someone. Think about all the different things that being married may involve. For example:

• Where will you live?
• Are you physically and financially able to have children?
• Who legally owns any number of things?

Having as much professional insight and advice in premarital matters can mean a lot to having a successful and healthy marriage. So make sure to take advantage of having premarital counseling for the best experience of marriage.

Get ready for some final thoughts of mine about premarital counseling.

Premarital Counseling and Therapy: Final Thoughts

Premarital counseling helps soon-to-be-married couples start strong and limits early troubles in young married relationships. You are not a failure because you don't know (or think you know) all there is to being married outside of having healthy love for one another. A therapist who helps in premarital counseling will help you either get ready in all aspects for being married, or a therapist can help save engaged partners who may be having a damaged relationship before getting married or may have a wedding be canceled. Having professional help prior to marriage (or if you go ahead with the marriage) can help make marriage wonderful. It has been a worthy investment for you to engage in marriage; why not also make an investment to ensure your marriage will be successful? Even if you think you are ready to be married and know all the nuances of getting and being married, it is recommended you check with a therapist for premarital counseling just to make sure you will have a happy and enjoyable marriage.

Resources.

As I mentioned in the previous paragraph, marriage is a great investment. So equally, why not make an investment to ensure a happy and productive marriage? It costs money to get with and set up appointments with therapists. While there is a significant price on meeting with a therapist, there are other great costs to consider. To make the best best decisions on choosing a therapist to meet with in regards to premarital counseling, I have prepared the following resource for you which explains all I have explained in this blog post and then some other issues:

premarital counseling

Congratulations if you are going to get married soon! Hopefully this post will help you towards good decisions and solutions for having a happy and healthy marriage.

Special Thanks.

Couples Counseling and Therapy

John B. Marine | January 16, 2019 | | | Be the first to comment!
(UPDATED: January 21, 2019)

Love shouldn't have to hurt. No matter how connected you are (or think you are) to your lover, problems will arise as well as anger. You may elect to settle matters on your own. If that fails, you may require counseling. You may stand a better chance of getting yourself the needed help by gaining therapy from a healthcare provider or professional rather than try to work out relationship matters on your own. If you fall into this situation, I can help you out!

Couples Counseling and Therapy

couples counseling
^ from: www.sheknows.com - In relationships that are in trouble, couples counseling can help repair damaged relationships.

Love can be the sweetest and most pleasureful thing in our lives. However, it can also be the most damaging and easily misconstrued concept when love all goes wrong. All loving relationships ranging from casual love to marriage will suffer some sort of snag or snags. One can not just trust that everything will be okay in the end. You may need counseling to help save any relationship that may be on the rocks (and I'm not talking margaritas!). Everything from constant disagreements to serious matters (such as domestic violence) are fair game to discuss with a therapist.

It doesn't matter if you are starting out as a couple or if you have been together for a long time. It also doesn't matter if you are in a straight relationship or any kind of same-sex relationship. All relationships will have their rocky moments. When we need to find ways to defeat our relationship demons, either trying to work things out on our own or through the help of qualified professionals will help do the trick.

Why Consider Couples Counseling?

Face it- you can not repair everything yourself. Read all of the blog posts (including this one) and all of the online videos all you want- you are only going to go so far to get any needed advice. Couples who want to stay together can try to stay together by consulting a therapist.

Do You NEED Couples Counseling?

If you can sort out your issues together, then couples counseling is not needed. However, it is nice to know a professional can help you get over any sort of relationship issues you may be having. Saving a damaged relationship among couples likely wouldn't hurt any further should you seek the assistance of a professional to help you with your love life. It will not entirely hurt to pay some money to have a professional help you with your relationship issues. Just like almost anything in life, you take advantage of almost any resource available to you- even including seeking couples counseling.

Therapy for Couples.

Couples in damaged relationships will need therapy to try to heal and repair damage in their lives. As someone who watches a lot of daytime talk shows, it can take a considerable amount of time to mend troubled relationships. Working with a therapist in couples counseling will allow you find ways to make the recovery faster and easier to return to making your love life strong again. Or in the case of decent relationships, therapy can make love lives stronger than ever.

Now for some final thoughts on this matter.

Couples Counseling and Therapy: Final Thoughts

Love is never always perfect, and even the best of relationships will be tested. If a relationship is damaged or is heading towards potential doom, counseling can play a huge role in saving relationships- as long as couples are willing to stay together. Seeking couples counseling can go a long way towards salvaging torn relationships. It may take time and money to have to resort to couples counseling, but it is ultimately worth it if you want to repair any damaged relationship through the means of couples counseling. If you want to keep a relationship going or if you want to salvage an already damaged relationship, the best you can do is seek help from a therapist or a counselor. It is worth it to have some professional help to heal damaged relationships, even if you feel you can repair such relationships on your own without professional help.

Resources.

When seeking couples counseling, one such thing to consider is the cost of everything- both financially and emotionally. A lot is riding on the line relationship-wise when dealing with various relationship issues. Any couple that wants to stay together will need to consider the different costs involved to try to stay together and perhaps strengthen or salvage any damaged relationship. If financial matters concern you in regards to couples counseling, here is a resource that will help you in the financial aspect of couples counseling:

This resource should help in the financial aspects of couples counseling.

Special Thanks.
